Your Questions Answered

Yes. All snack boxes and water bottles in the summer range are made from BPA-free, phthalate-free, food-grade materials. Our steel products are 304-grade stainless steel: food-safe, odour-free, and easy to clean. Nothing in this range uses standard plastic in contact with food or
drink.

No ice packs needed. Our cooler bags feature integrated cooling gel panels built into the lining. Place the bag in the freezer the night before and the panels will keep contents chilled for several hours on the day. The bag can also be attached to a stroller handle for hands-free carrying.

The spritz bottle functions as both a drinking bottle and a cooling mist. It has a drink spout and a separate mist nozzle, so children can switch between the two during warm days at the beach, pool, or outdoors. It is made from BPA-free materials and has a leak-proof lid for carrying in bags.

Hand washing is recommended for all summer products. Swim bags should be emptied and left open to air dry fully between uses: the perforated panel construction helps with this. Towels can be machine-washed. Stainless steel and Tritan products should be hand-washed with warm, soapy water. Unless stated on the individual product page, summer products are not dishwasher-safe.

Personalisation is available across selected summer and travel products, including swim bags,
towels, water bottles, snack boxes, and pouches. Both English and Arabic personalisation are available and can be selected at checkout.

Standard packaging includes a branded shopping bag inside an e-commerce box. Gift packaging includes a branded shopping bag within a branded gift box, all enclosed in our e-commerce outer. A complimentary gift note can be added with both options. No prices or invoices are included inside the parcel.

Personalised items cannot be returned. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days, unused and in their original condition with tags intact.
