IZAAK AZANEI DMCC is a U.A.E. registered company. These are the Terms and Conditions which apply to your purchase of clothing, accessories and any other goods ("goods") from the LITTLE IA website at www.little-ia.com (the "website"). These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is given when you purchase any goods from us. You should read these Terms and Conditions carefully before buying anything from this website. LITTLE IA Terms and Conditions are governed by UAE Law. This means that a Contract for the purchase of products from our website and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by the UAE Law.
When we receive your order you will receive a confirmatory e-mail, which will confirm that we are able to send you the goods that you have ordered. On very rare occasions, the system can mistakenly fail to recognise sold-out inventory. If this does arise, we will email you to immediately cancel your order.
We have aimed to ensure that the colours of our products appearing on our website are as near as possible to the colour of the actual product. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your computer equipment, and accordingly, we are unable to guarantee the precise colour of the product on delivery. Furthermore, for fur items, each individual fur is unique and so the thickness may vary across pieces. The manner in which it takes to coloured dyes is unique, and although it will be similar across pieces, all shades will not be identical.
Prices on the website are displayed in USD. The final price, including any associated delivery costs (and relevant taxes for UAE orders) will be displayed before your final check out.
When you purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency to USD the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment is completed. We have no involvement in the exchange rate used for the transaction, and this will be between you and your card provider.
All prices on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the product/service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We reserve the right to set our Prices at the level we choose.
Promotional codes are valid only in accordance with their terms, until the date stated, can be used only once, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale or promotion.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We will aim to dispatch the goods ordered by you as soon as possible after your order has been accepted by us to the postal address you have provided in your order. In some cases, the item you have ordered may be available in a different warehouse and this could lead to a small delay in the delivery in your item. If this happens, we will inform you by email.
For Personalised items, personalisation can take up to 7-10 business days, and so the item will be dispatched accordingly.
Please note that if your order has been shipped you will no longer be able to cancel the order, and will have to follow our Returns Policy. For Personalised items, there is a one-hour window whereby you can amend or change the order, however, after this time period, the item(s) will have left our offices for Personalisation in an effort to get the item(s) to you as quickly as possible, and will not be able to be amended or changed.
Weight of delivery is recorded prior to shipment and the assigned courier can verify proof of weight. Weight of shipment can be verified against weight of underlying contents of each delivery. Weight of each delivery is recorded to serve as proof of contents of each underlying package. Please note that we do have CCTV footage in our international packing station, which can act as proof of package contents if a dispute were to arise.
Shipping rates are at the discretion of IZAAK AZANEI DMCC. You will be notified via email when your order is dispatched.
Items are either dispatched on the same working day or the next working day depending on the time of order and availability of the product in the warehouse. Our business days are in accordance with the UAE and run from Sunday to Thursday. If an order is placed on Thursday, it will be processed on the following Sunday.
Estimated delivery time is between 7-10 business days once your item has been dispatched. In some instances, items of fur may not lawfully be imported into the destination country. The customer must ensure the product can lawfully be imported into the destination country. Deliveries outside of the UAE may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid and all import taxes, duties and customs fees as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
All shipments outside of the UAE should arrive within their specified timescale stated, should there be no customs delays. Please note that the timescales stated are after dispatch of the items. Delays after dispatch are out of our control. We will provide all the necessary tracking information and will actively follow-up with the courier to ensure timely receipt of your order, however, once the item has left our warehouse, the arrival time is out of our control. We will always update you if we learn of any delay to your order.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by an Event Outside our control. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
IZAAK AZANEI is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted on all our products if sent back to us within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Please note that we do not provide any returns paperwork in the delivery box. To make a return, please email us at email@example.com and indicate clearly the reason of your return. Please include as many details as possible. Due to the nature of personalised products, they are not eligible for refund or exchange unless they have been personalised incorrectly.
Item(s) purchased online can be returned via post and must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags in tact. IZAAK AZANEI will not accept returns for any items that have been worn and /or tags removed.
When sending the item(s) back to us from outside the UAE, the customer must remember to classify the item(s) as a 'Return'. The item(s) must not be classified as merchandise otherwise it will be sent back to the customer.
We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full credit based on the returned condition. Please note that refunds received outside of this 14-day time frame will not be accepted. By purchasing from IZAAK AZANEI DMCC you accept these terms and conditions.
All returns can be sent to the following distribution centre:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item has arrived damaged or incorrect. If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the price of the item purchased but not the cost of shipping.
Exchanges: If you require a different item, you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.
International returns: All items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us, and for any costs incurred. If your parcel is stopped in the UAE customs and a charge is levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned back to you. IZAAK AZANEI is not liable to pay customs duty for returned goods under any circumstances.
Your order will be refunded the day it arrives back to our headquarters. Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund or exchange. Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation). After receiving the confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to enter your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside our control. Your refund will be refunded back onto the original debit or credit card you used to make the purchase.
Faulty items: IZAAK AZANEI DMCC endeavours to satisfy all customers and if in the event an item is faulty or a personalisation is incorrect, we will immediately replace the item once the item arrives back to our warehouse. This is subject to product availability. If the item is not available, a full refund will be issued back to the original card used.
We strongly recommend when returning items to us that you use recorded or special delivery that insures you for the value of the goods as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.

All credit/debit card details and personal identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
The data collected on this site includes your contact details and demographic information. While your credit card information is collected at the time of purchase, only the last four digits are stored on the IZAAK AZANEI DMCC server.
The information you provide to IZAAK AZANEI DMCC will only be used to process your order.
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the Website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
