What materials are your water bottles and lunch boxes made from?

We use only BPA-free, food-grade materials across the school range. Water bottles are made from either Tritan or 304 stainless steel. Lunch and snack boxes are made from BPA-free Tritan or food-grade 304 stainless steel. We do not use standard plastic in any product that comes into contact with food or drink.

Are your products leak-proof?

Yes. All water bottles, lunch boxes, and snack boxes are designed with leak-resistant construction to prevent spills in bags. We recommend ensuring lids are fully secured before packing: a quick press to confirm the seal is enough.

How do I clean school products?

Hand washing is recommended for all school products to maintain quality and extend the life of the print and components. Stainless steel products do not absorb odours or stains and clean easily with warm soapy water. Tritan products can be rinsed and wiped clean. Unless explicitly stated on the individual product page, none of our school products are dishwasher-safe.

Can I personalise school products, and is Arabic personalisation available?

Personalisation is available across most of the school range, including backpacks, water bottles, lunch boxes, snack boxes, and stationery. Both English and Arabic personalisation are available and can
be selected at checkout.

I entered the wrong name — can I change it?

You have a 30-minute window from the time of placing your order to request any amendments. After this, production begins and changes cannot be guaranteed. Contact us at support@little-ia.com

What packaging options are available?

Standard packaging includes a branded shopping bag inside an e-commerce box. Gift packaging includes a branded shopping bag within a branded gift box, all enclosed in our e-commerce outer. A complimentary gift note can be added with both options. No prices or invoices are included inside the parcel.

What is your return policy for school products?

Personalised school products cannot be returned. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days, unused and with packaging intact.
