Terms of Service

Little IA World Garment Trading Co LLC is a UAE-registered company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of clothing, accessories, personalised products, and other goods (“Products”) from www.little-ia.com (“Website”).

By placing an order on our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Little IA World Garment Trading Co LLC.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to UAE law.

1. Orders & Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

Acceptance of your order occurs only when your order is dispatched. In rare cases, an item may be unavailable due to inventory errors. If this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will notify you immediately.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, colours, and images are accurate. However:

  • Actual colours may vary depending on screen settings
  • Natural variations may occur in materials (including texture, dye, and finish)
  • Each product may have slight differences due to manufacturing processes

Such variations are not considered defects.

3. PRICING

  • All prices are listed in AED and include VAT where applicable
  • Total order cost, including delivery fees, will be shown at checkout
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time

For international payments, currency conversion is handled by your payment provider, and we are not responsible for exchange rate differences.

4. PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes:

  • Are subject to specific terms and validity periods
  • Are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or sale items (unless stated otherwise)

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible following confirmation.

UAE Delivery

  • Same-day delivery in Dubai is available for orders placed before 11:00 AM
  • Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day

General Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, subject to availability
  • Shipping fees are determined at checkout
  • Tracking details are provided once the order is shipped

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process.

5.1 International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days after dispatch
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Orders are shipped on a duty-unpaid basis
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local regulations

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or external carriers once the order has left our facility.

6. PROMOTIONAL & LIMITED ITEMS

Limited edition, seasonal, or promotional items may be subject to additional restrictions, including limited availability and non-restock conditions.

7. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or transport disruptions
  • Customs delays
  • Government restrictions

8. RETURNS & STORE CREDIT POLICY

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items only
  • Personalised items, sale items, and party favours are non-returnable unless incorrect or faulty
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Refunds are not provided; eligible returns are issued as store credit

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

9. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item is faulty or incorrectly personalised:

  • We will offer a replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Issue store credit if a replacement is not possible

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

10. STORE CREDIT

  • Store credit is issued once returned items are inspected
  • Processing time: 1-2 working days after receipt
  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

11. RISK & RESPONSIBILITY

All goods remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Little IA. We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service for returns.

We are not liable for lost return shipments.

12. PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected through the Website is used solely for order processing, customer service, and operational purposes.

We do not:

  • Store full payment card details
  • Sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties

Only the last four digits of payment cards may be retained for reference.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Website may include third-party services such as advertising or analytics providers.

These third parties may use cookies or similar technologies to collect browsing data to deliver relevant advertisements.

We do not control or access data collected by third parties, and their practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

14. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
